Eco Drama is an educational theatre company based in Glasgow, touring Scotland’s schools in The Magic Van, a vehicle run on 100% waste vegetable oil. All of our shows & workshops compliment the Curriculum for Excellence & help towards reaching the Eco Schools Green Flag Award by linking with the Eco Schools Topics. We also deliver our service to communities and festivals.
This year’s touring programme includes: -
1) ‘The Isle of Egg’, an ecological fable inspired by the real island of Eigg & their recent green achievements
2) Recycling Heroes – an interactive drama workshop based around the 3 ‘R’s
3) Eco Gadgets – a science based drama workshop exploring eco topics Energy and Transport
4) The Oil of Life – a new drama and role play for Secondary school pupils
