JANEEMO is a Scottish Government supported tree planting and enterprise initiative in southern Malawi. It has developed learning materials to fit with the Developing Global Citizens strand of the Curriculum for Excellence:
1. DVD with two beautifully produced films:
Joseph’s Road sees the world through the eyes of a Malawian teenager as he makes a big decision about his future.
A factual introduction, by farmers to the three tree species, showing how their seeds, leaves and wood are used by households and to generate income.
